MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR: We have a small network of outside contractors that we use to take care of all aspects of building repair and renovation. In addition, we have our own maintenance employee that is qualified to take care of most handyman type repairs as well as minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs. We are very involved in the long term care of your building. Our goal is to take care of small problems now in order to avoid big problems later.
ACCOUNTING: You will receive monthly income and expense reports from us which we can customize to meet your specific needs. We encourage Property owners to receive their monthly reports via email. There are benefits to online access - once you’ve received an online statement from us you will be able to have online access to all past financial reports that have ever been sent to you. However, if you prefer good old fashioned paper reports, we are happy to send them through the mail.
SAYING NO: We believe it is important to maintain a good relationship with our tenants, but we also believe it is important to consistently enforce our rules. It is often harder for an owner to say no to a tenant’s request because you want to maintain a good rapport with your tenants. We can say no because that’s our job.
